Scrap Metal Handling in Hesperia, CA

Yes, Turks Wurks offers scrap metal pickup directly from properties in Hesperia and across the High Desert. We serve Apple Valley, Victorville, Adelanto, Barstow, Phelan, Lucerne, and Pinon Hills as well.

California law requires sellers to present a valid government-issued photo ID and sign a statement confirming they own or are authorized to sell the metal. For non-ferrous metals like copper and aluminum, the recycling facility is also required to record your vehicle information and take a photo or video of you and the materials.

Most scrap yards in the Hesperia area accept rusty or surface-corroded metal, though heavy contamination like concrete fill or non-metal attachments can affect what they take. It helps to remove obvious non-metal materials before drop-off or pickup.

Turks Wurks picks up scrap metal directly from Hesperia addresses so you do not need to load or transport anything. Contact us to schedule a pickup at your property.

Removing scrap metal frees up yard and storage space and keeps your Victorville or Hesperia property clear of heavy, potentially hazardous material. Accumulated metal can also become a safety issue over time, especially on larger High Desert lots.

You do not need to cut or bundle anything before we arrive. Separating ferrous metals like steel from non-ferrous metals like copper or aluminum when possible is helpful, but loose mixed piles are fine.
